February 11, 2012 marked milestones of 'success' in the professional career of Ms. Terry L. Hester of International Dollar Works (IDW), where she has served as CEO since its inception.
After eleven years in the business arena IDW doors are now closed to allow Ms. Hester freedom to pursue other passions and commitments.

While meticulously expanding and developing set goals and objectives for IDW, Ms. Hester also spent countless hours as a 'community organizer' under Houston based organization “Unity In The Community” and developing (WCN), a Worldwide Connectivity Network, which serves as a catalyst for an array of like-minded individuals, businesses and organizations.
Ms.. Hester provides access to marketing 'tools' which connects multi cultures together for purposes which empowers and promotes positive ‘actions’, encourages self-help, and aid in teach ability skills... all crucial elements when building stronger and positive producing communities.
